Domesic orders will have delivery costs calculated at checkout based on weight of items.

Normal delivery time is 2-5 days from order.  Western Australia and remote areas may take longer.  Bokkie Kids take no responsibility for the delay of deliveries caused by any carrier it chooses for the delivery process on its behalf.  Customers are advised to place orders well ahead of time to ensure sufficient time is given during peak periods, and to allow for other unexpected delays that can occur from time to time.

Bokkie Kids will endeavor to despatch orders as quickly as possible or within 24 hours of receiving the order (excluding non-working days in Queensland). Some delays may be expected during peak periods between October and December. 

The customer must sign whatever forms, delivery dockets, or consignment notes are presented by the carrier prior to acceptance of the purchased goods. Refusal to sign or accept delivery from the carrier means that the customer risks their order being returned to Bokkie Kids. Under such circumstances, the customer acknowledges that shipping and handling fees are payable for any subsequent re-deliveries. 

Bokkie Kids use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. This means our store is able to deliver products anywhere, no matter how remote your location is. It enables us to provide 100% coverage to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes) and extremely remote areas of Australia.

Shipping cost includes tracking. 

International Orders

We do deliver to overseas locations.  International customers should contact us to obtain a delivery cost.       

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the event that an order is lost or damaged by the carrier, it is required of the customer to inform Bokkie Kids within a reasonable amount of time.  Any claims for lost or undelivered orders beyond 30 days of the expected delivery date, estimated by the carrier, cannot be accepted for investigation or for compensation of any kind.  Bokkie Kids may, at its discretion, accept claims that are beyond the 30 day term only if it deems that unusual or special circumstances were at play.

Please note that Bokkie Kids are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave us.  Our shipping costs do not include insurance, so if you would like this added please contact us for a quote via email. 

Product Returns & Exchanges

We know that online orders do not always fit or meet expectations in some way.

Customers may return unopened or unworn products sold and fulfilled by Bokkie Kids within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping costs.  Bokkie Kids will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of an error caused by Bokkie Kids (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.); otherwise the refund will be less the cost of shipping.   The item must be returned in a saleable condition, with all tags attached.  Returns received in a damaged state cannot be accepted.  Unless a product is faulty or defective under manufacturer’s warranty, no products can be accepted, by Bokkie Kids, opened or in a used state.  Goods are to be returned to:
